MOST orders will be processed and shipped within 24 Hrs. (In-Stock Items only) Faxed orders will get priority.

Making an Online Purchase: |
Rush Orders:
Rush orders must be called in before 1:30pm to be shipped the same day (in-stock items only).
Payment Options:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or Money Order (in advance).
Will Call Orders:
You will be called when all the parts are in for your Will Call order, then you can come pick it up.
Back Orders:
If the item you wish is not in stock, we will back order it right away. All back orders will be shipped as soon as they arrive without additional notification.
Returns:
-All Returns are for exchange or credit only - NO REFUNDS
-All Returned parts must be in NEW condition.
-NO Returns on Used / Electrical/ or Items that we had to special order in for you.
-A 20% Restocking fee will be charged on all accepted retuns.
-All returns must have authorization ahead of time.
-No returns will be accepted, even with authorization, if it has been 30 Days from the invoice date.
Sales Tax:
A 5.5% Sales Tax will be charged on parts and shipping for WI customers ONLY, unless you have a current resale certificate on file.
Credit Card Security:
All credit card transactions are handled electronically through our website. Hauck Power Sports will never see your credit card information. This is done in accordance to current privacy regulation.
Dealers:
Only registered dealers, with approved applications on file at the time of order, will receive dealer pricing.
